We indicate a parking lot that is agreed. It is 5 min walk from our Relais. You receive the authorization directly there to enter the Center of Firenze leaving the car in the parking.

Wonderful
Beautiful rooms and a great location near the Duomo. The beds were comfortable, the room was super clean, and the staff is really nice and helpful.
Fo one of the rooms we stayed in, there was barely any place to put our belongings in the room and in the bathroom. The other room had plenty of closet space. The one other downside was the luggage storage for check-out days that was not available on site but in the other location of the hotel, which does not have an elevator (there's one, but many steps before you reach the elevator).

Great service, great staff and lovely room.
Fabulous, clean and spacious room with lovely frescos on the ceiling. The rooms are well located less than 5 mins walk from Uffizi and Duomo. Faisal and Teresa shared an excellent list of local, high quality recommendations and made us feel very welcome. Great B&B stay 10/10
Rooms are on 3rd floor accessible by lift. Note there is some construction on lower floors but no noise audible from room and doesn’t impact stay.

What would you highlight about Relais Condotta
We definitely recommend Relais Condotta and would re book again. You won't be disappointed!
The style and furnishings in the room meshing old with new was done so well. Our room was very nice. It was well maintained and very spacious. The bathroom was modern and had a large shower, and offered quality soaps and shower gels and had good hair dryer. Everything was very clean too. The property location was excellent, close to all the attractions of Firenze. Most of all we were very impressed with the service we received from Fatima and Teresa. They were very responsive and helpful. We went on a motorbike trip following our stay for a few days and they kindly held our large suitcases for this time until we returned to Firenze saving us a big hassle and time. Grazie mille ancora!
There was nothing we didn't like. The only suggestion we had was to include a coffee pod machine in the room instead of instant coffee. It isn't a big deal though as there are so many places to get coffee on your doorstep.
